Returning Citizens

Transitions is our prison outreach program for juveniles and adults. It links offenders with mentors and other community resources.

Through our partnership agreement with the Court Supervision Offender Services Agency (CSOSA), we provide mentoring and supportive services for men & women returning to the DC area. A major hallmark of this outreach is the transitional housing program.
