InnerCity Collaborative Community Development Corporation (ICCCDC) works with the returning citizens and court-involved youth and families within the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We provide mentoring services, job development, housing, substance abuse counseling, and other referral services to help combat recidivism within this population.
