Your Helping Hand to Shelter and Support

Restore Your Community Today

If you're looking for a way to help uplift your own heart, giving time and funds to support a noble cause is surely one of the best ways. InnerCity Collaborative Community Development Corporation is looking for volunteers and monetary donations to help their causes to provide guidance, shelter, and comfort to the less fortunate in Washington, DC and the metropolitan area. Join us today and become part of a restoring hope and healing families.

Gifts That Uplift

Monetary and in-kind support opens many doors of opportunity. Your generosity will touch the lives of many people who will pass along your legacy of kindness to others in the community. You can donate unwanted clothing, furniture and other household goods, to our cause. All donations are tax deductible. We would be honored to have you attend our Donation Days event where we raise funds to support the program. Donation days happen once every other month and are posted on the Miracle Temple/InnerCity website, please back to see our next donation day .  On the designated date and time,  anyone is welcome to stop by our site at 6001 Auth Road, Camp Springs, MD, 20746 and drop off your clean, usuable unwanted clothing and household items.

Stay Active In Your Community

Don't worry if you can't spare any physical gifts, your presence is appreciated as well. Setting aside volunteer time puts a face to the generosity our organization receives. Please be advised we have our volunteers undergo an application, screening, Child Protection Registration, background check, and a drug test.

Once you are approved as a volunteer, you can join us for activities that raise the spirits of everyone involved. Volunteers will canvass with us, help bag groceries, sort clothing, organize upcoming community events; and provide transportation for seniors to and from their appointments, pending a check on driving records. We always encourage young people to volunteer with us, as it is a great community service activity to add on college applications. This is a great opportunity to gain work experience and learn practical skills to use in your own career. We require a minimum of six months as your commitment. You also need your own transportation.
