InnerCity Collaborative Community Development Corporation started as part of the auxiliary ministry of our church. We saw a great need in the Ward 7 community. Children and families needed housing, food, shelter, and other basic needs to function properly. From there, ICCCDC evolved from an outreach component of the church into what it is today.
Our organization started as a before- and after-school program for elementary and junior high school students. We provided tutoring and homework assistance and became a safe haven for the kids. Our wide range of services grew to support and benefit people of all ages, genders, and beliefs. Whether it's through our senior ministry, bullying programs, help for homeless families, or mentorship programs, we provide a wide array of services that address social needs and basic requirements for survival.
